Once you decide that you would like Reach Broadband to supply you with your broadband connection, please don't hesitate to contact us on 059 6477011 / 051 357606 with regards to any queries you may have regarding coverage in your area, or the kind of package that will suit your requirements.
Q:
I want to go ahead with Reach Broadband, how do I proceed?
A:
You can contact the office on 059 6477011 to book in for an installation, we usually do our best to have an engineer with you within 3 - 4 days of your booking. Please note, however during particularly busy times like Christmas, or summer holiday time, this may take longer.
Q:
What is involved with installation?
A:
Our engineer will put a dish onto either a gable wall or the roof of your premises (depending on where he gets the best available signal from at your premises). He will then run a CAT5 cable into the house, this cable usually plugs straight into your desktop computer or your laptop.
Q:
What if I have several devices in my house and I want a Wifi connection?
A:
A wireless router can be purchased from our engineer for €65 which includes installation and full security installed to ensure that no one can take your bandwidth without your knowledge. If you already have a wireless router - you are of course welcome to use that, however please note that we cannot support routers that are not our own.

How is payment made
A:

Payment is made by standing order on the 5th of every month for the month ahead. This ensures peace of mind for our customers as it means that we do not take various payments from your account, you pay the same amount each month for your package. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade at any time you will need to fill in a new standing order form and the owness is on the customer to cancel the existing standing order. Please note that failure to make a payment will result in your connection being turned off.

What if I want to upgrade my package
A:
Upgrading your package couldn't be easier! just contact us to let us know that you would like to upgrade, we can take a credit card payment over the phone to upgrade instantly for that month, and a new standing order can be sent to you to ready for your signature. Jurs print it off and post it back to us.
Q:
Do I have to sign a contract?
A:
We understand that people may be reluctant to tie themselves into a longterm contract so for that reason we have several options available. Check out our installation options for these options.
